I have integrated MS-teams in my instance, In service operations workspace (SOW) under collaboration when i hit 'start teams chat' if the caller is from the organization it works fine and i can directly reach out to him through teams, what if the end user or caller is outside organization, does it work for external accounts when i tried it was not working , is there any way to achieve it.
basically how to ping external accounts in serviceNow
