Hi @Bhavani13 ,
In general on a change request you have the created date/time and resolved date/time. due to this, you can create a "function field" to calculate the MTTR:
Created date/time and closed date/time
Create function field:
Change request MTTR:
Add the new column to the table:
Press "run":
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Hi @Bhavani13
MTTR is mainly used for Incident not for change. For the change, you can create or use report to see how much time a change take from New - Assess - Auth - Schedule etc.
For this please check the metrics table.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
