Multi-Provider SSO Plugin, how do you get it for a developer instance on Fuji?

Hi All,

The SAML 2.0 properties say to upgrade to the Multi-Provider plugin but for the developer instance I don't see it as an option. In my manage instances looking at the activate plugins I don't see it. When logged into the instance and looking in plugins it also is not there. I've tried looking to see if these directions work (Multiple Provider Single Sign-On - ServiceNow Wiki) but it seems to be for production only:

10.1 Activating Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Prior to the Fuji Release

The Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer plugin is available by request.

Any help on how to get this in the Developer edition would be appreciated so that I can test with the new version.

Cheers,

Doug

Hi, Doug.

I did this earlier. You'll need to log in to your instance and navigate to "plugins". Once there, search for "Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer". Activate that plugin and you will now have Multi SSO installed on your personal dev instance.

Hope this helps!

Kenny

You will need to request it from the Developer site. I've always had to request it.

Michael,

My information for Doug was correct. I verified with ServiceNow. Please see below their response to my question about installing the MultiSSO plugin:

Hi Kenny,

Log in to your instance and then go to System Definitions->Plugins->Under Plugins, look for "Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer" and activate that plugin to enable SAML support on your instance.

Please let us know if you have any additional issues.
