Multi row variable set not showing the records after adding

Does any one has this issue , I created a Multi Row variable set and after adding that to catalog item and adding the values to the variables ,,it is not displaying any of the records , we are in london Patch 6

We are on Madrid Patch 9.

The multi-line variable set does not show the added lines in the box if I use it on a catalog item within an order guide but it does work when I'm using just the catalog item (in native view).

It works fine in the order guide through the portal though.

Anyone know if this is a known issue?

Hi Kam,

Have you find what is the reason for this issue. We are currently in Orlando version, Getting same issue when we used the form in native view.
In service portal, It is working.

Please let me know if you find any reason/fix.

Same issue in Rome - There were 3 approvers added but on the RITM/Task it looks like this and still has the required warning so you have to add something to do any updates to the record.  I can find the Array in Flow to see the sysIDs but nothing for the analyst doing the work on the records.

Found the Known error: Multi-Rows variable set do not show in the Ticket Fields widget on the ticket page in Service Portal....
