Multi-selecting Options in Dropdown Issue

Hi @Kostrim ,
I have tried this on my PDI and I am able to select multiple choice on filter. You must be select choices with pressing "ctrl" button on keyboard.
Please try with above method.

Every time I select the three options using "Crtl" on my PDI instance, after I save the record only the top option is selected. I also had the same issue in the ServiceNow Fundamentals Course's instance. I do not have this issue with my organization's instance. Btw, I am using Chrome.

Is anyone able to answer my last comment: I have have been unable to multi-select. Perhaps an issue with my PDI?

Hi @Kostrim
Not sure exact reason. Try to deactive/delete old one and create again. before that clear the pdi instance cache(https://devxxxxx.service-now.com/cache.do).
