Multi-selecting Options in Dropdown Issue

I am unable to save a multi-selection when creating a filter for a Module in Studio. When the Module is saved, only the top choice is selected in the filter dropdown.

I cleared my cache, but still unable to multi-select. I also deleted the module and created it again but same outcome.

I performed the above steps, but the issue still remains. Any other suggestions on fixing this issue?
