Multiple attachmets in ordergude

Through Attach variable we can only upload one file at a time. But how we can upload multiple attachments to the order guide to create request.

why not ask users to add multiple attachments in those respective catalog items?

The OOTB attachment variable on a Catalog Item supports multiple file uploads. Not sure if there’s any customization done on your attachment variable that restricts it to only one file at a time.

This seems more like user education gap, so please educate users about the system’s standard functionality.

OOTB the attachment variable in ServiceNow catalog item only supports 1 file and not multiple.
