multiple choice variables on record producer is not working as expected

I have a form and the same form is on portal, I have converted one field to radio button on platform and the same field to multiple choice in record producer. When i create a new request the radio buttons on portal and platform are coming as expected. When i open a request i am getting single circle without any labels. Is this not supported in servicenow?

Hi @Hareesha,

Hope you have correctly mapped record producer variable with target table fields/columns.

May be if required, you can mapped field values using scripts.

Can you share some screenshots for the same?
