My custom table is not embedded in my application update set

Hello,

I created an application in ServiceNow Studio and I want to save locally this application.

I use "Publish to update set" but the table is not recorded in the update set.
So when I try to import to another instance , I get errors about columns because the table doesn't exist.
How can I record the table to the udpate set ?
I have a link "add to update set" on my table "Systeme Defintion -> Tables" but even here, the table (the structure) is not recorded.

Did you try creating fresh app and then create table in that?
