My Flow in Flow Designer is Stuck on Waiting

I'm testing a flow in flow designer, and it appears to be stuck on one step. The thing is, everything runs fine when I simulate completing a ticket in our DEV environment. Step 5 doesn't have a timer or wait condition associated with it, so I'm a little perplexed as to why it's remaining in the waiting state. Is there a way I can force the test to continue to the next step?

It's approval activity, so you need to approve or reject the approval.

Then it will go to next activity.

Would that be from the actual ticket? Because if that's the case the ticket was already completed.

Hmm... Approval should at the start of ticket creation.

If possible can you share screenshot of the actual flow.
