My instance got reclaimed even if it was active and being used by me. Any idea if i can get it back? HOw?

Tough to give any specific reason for same, SN doing Data center migration and this can be reason.
There is no support available on PDI and not sure you will get any other reason for same.

Hi there,
A shame to here, though don't get me wrong: Nothing you can do about this.
As you might already be aware of, PDIs come without any official support. Thousands of similar posts have been made. Posting your question here will have zero effect.
Advice: PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Hi @Snehal Madakatt,
I too have just experienced this myself. You will have probably seen an email advising due to the data center infrastructure changes that PDI instances were going to be reclaimed and backups of any code should be taken. Sadly, on this occasion, due to the nature of the change, we were advised the instances are not recoverable.

Hey Snehal,
Unfortunately, if you received the email that your instance has been reclaimed, you will not be able to get it back. The same thing happened to me last year, hours after logging out of my instance I received the "reclaiming" email.
What I have done since is backup my instance externally to Github. Each time I make changes to my instance I make sure to back it up.
