My List and All Cases roles and Authorisation - How to change the access

Hi all,
under my list in "All Cases" users can see their tickets and tickets from their organisation. These users have a Business Stakeholder license. Now we will change the role for this. But we dont know where and how to change the role. We have investigated and found that some roles are in script include, but we beleive this ist not the right place to change.
