My PDI instance is offline and won't go up

My PDI is offline and I can't tell what's going on.
How can I get maintenance information or request that the instance come back online? Is there any way to get support?

Hello,

The ServiceNow Dev Team does not monitor the forums any longer.

It's recommended to visit the Dev Site and then login, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Give Feedback" button, then mention your PDI issue, etc. and check the box that you want to receive a follow-up.

I know it's not the ideal answer, but that's how to you'd get in touch with them nowadays.

Hopefully your issue gets resolved soon. Keep checking on it and don't specifically rely on a response. Sometimes they just fix it without updating you, weird, I know.

Hi Fabio,

My instance has been unavailable due to "unscheduled" maintenance. The message is to check back in few minutes but it's been over for over a week and a half already.

I've been writing Feedbacks to them and requested a response by checking on "Do you want a response" at the bottom on the dialog box but haven't received any yet. There are many others in a similar situation. Seems like ServiceNow's PDI maintenance team is overloaded.

Just have to wait it out. Don't expect too quick of a response. It's a free service so can't complain too much about it.
