My PDI is offline and I can't tell what's going on.
How can I get maintenance information or request that the instance come back online? Is there any way to get support?

Hello,
The ServiceNow Dev Team does not monitor the forums any longer.
It's recommended to visit the Dev Site and then login, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Give Feedback" button, then mention your PDI issue, etc. and check the box that you want to receive a follow-up.
Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Hi,
Seems like ServiceNow disabled Feedback. Some users, however, were able to get their instances back after few hours without doing anything.
When I login to the developer site, following message is displayed at the top of the page. The current option for me is to click on "Get Notified" link at the top of the page and wait to get a notification.
When I logged out from the developer's site and tried to log back in, I saw the following message.
Need assistance?
Get instant help or open support ticket!

For questions about your account or Developer Program, please leave feedback on the ServiceNow Developer Program
However, when I clicked on the "ServiceNow Developer Program" link, following shows up. Seems the feedback is gone.
The irony of the situation is that the same "Need assistance?" statement is also written on the Sign up for a ServiceNow ID page.
https://signon.service-now.com/x_snc_sso_auth.do#/sign-up
Tried the "Get instant help or open support ticket!" link. It just tells me to send a feedback when there's no more feedback.
Any issues related to the Personal Developer Instance (PDI) issued by ServiceNow Developer Program like devXXXXX.service-now.com should be reported as feedback on ServiceNow Developer Site.
FYI, there's actually a Catch22 situation here too. The "Getting Instance Assistance" page mentions to post to the Instance Help Forum.
To get assistance with a PDI, use the Instance Help Forum on the ServiceNow Community. Be sure to include a detailed description of your issue.
While the Featured Article at the top of the Instance Help Forum refers to a now non-existing Feedback.
The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.
After almost 2 weeks, I've finally got a response from my feedbacks. It may be because they expected many feedback about this response that they decided to disable it.
Your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is offline, and we are unable to recover it. You can request a new PDI. If you have a backup of your current instance, you will have the option to apply the backup to the new PDI during your request. Learn more about requesting a new instance and restoring an instance in the Obtaining a PDI section of the Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Guide.
Seems like ServiceNow is having some major problems with some PDIs. (sigh)
After waiting almost 2 weeks, I released my instance and got a new one. A new instance was made available immediately.
