My PDI is offline from last 3-4 days

Hi 

My PDI is offline from 3-4 days, I thought there is a maintenance for a day or so, but does not look the case now.

Does anyone has insights why PDIs are offline from 3-4 days and when we can expect those to come online.

I know, I can release the instance and get a fresh one, but I don't want to go via that route.

@DeepakI If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.
