My Personal Developer Instance stuck with Restart

My Personal Developer Instance is stuck with this restarting state for the past 2 days. Just it is always showing restarting as mentioned in the picture below. find_real_file.png

Many users are facing this issue in recent days and there is no way to contact them for PDIs.

Hello,

This issue is globally with ServiceNow PDI's we need to wait for sometime and let ServiceNow resolve it .

Forums are no longer monitored by Servicenow employees, Also they have disabled feedback option which was there earlier on Developer site so wait for it to get it resolved automatically.

I see there are many threads on Instance being down/offline so wait for some time and it will be resolved automatically, Mine is also down since yesterday so wait and Nothing else can be done.
