My personal instance is refreshing and doesn't open, what do I do?

Hello, my personal instance does not open at all, it just remains as "refreshing instance" this has been 2 days.
 Can someone help me?

Unfortunately there is no resolution for that as of now as instance issue are not solved here. Its becoming a common issue these days.

I would suggest  to wait for some time and if still not happening request a new one.

Unfortunately i have not taken the back up of my instance.. 

What are my options in that case..
