Hi,
My personal development instance has been wiped off just within 3 days of inactivity without any prior notifications. How to restore the PDI instance?

@Himanshi3 If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new solution is only solution available to resolve it.

Hi @Himanshi3 ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Furthermore, it's not possible to restore an instance after it has been redrawn back to the pool. Only option is to request a fresh installation and start over.

Unfortunately, Instance support is no longer provided by ServiceNow and no update on this issue is being provided by ServiceNow. We no longer have feedback button also.
You can request a new instance and get a new instance in less than 5 minutes.
For PDI, ServiceNow no longer provides any support. You can try your luck by explaining the impact this outage has caused, drop an email to ServiceNow Developer Program "developer@servicenow.com"
