My Shared Instance very slow but my PDI is working fine

I am experiencing performance issues with my Shared Instance, which is operating significantly slower than my Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
Initially, I developed the application in my PDI and subsequently migrated it to the Shared Instance. After verifying my update set and running the application, I noticed that the flow is triggering very slowly, and emails are not being sent promptly, resulting in considerable delays. In contrast, the same update set functions smoothly in my PDI.
Could you please assist me in addressing this issue or provide guidance on how to prevent such performance discrepancies in the future?

Hi @DEVLahiru
There can be many reasons
Might be PDI and other instance are not on same version.
Pre installed plugins causing issue in another instance
Data centre for both is different or any hardware issue.
Better log a Now support case for this.
