My Task page shows oldest tickets first - Activity confirguration change not working

Hi,

In the My Tasks page, the tickets are currently getting sorted with the oldest records appearing first. The requirement is to display the latest (newest) tickets at the top.

 

I checked the Activity Configurations (sn_ex_sp_activity_configuration) and changed the Sort Order to Descending, but it didn’t have any impact on the ordering in My Tasks. Not sure if I am modifying the correct configuration or if there is some other place where sorting needs to be updated.

 

Can someone please advise how to correctly change the sorting order for tasks in the My Tasks page?

Hi @shaik riyaz1 ,

 

can you update the the sort in Instance option of the widget?

ctrl + right click on the widget and select instance options and search for sort
