How will you be accessing the RITM? Will you go to the RITM record itself or are you trying to access the RITM through some sort of Reference field? Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
If you are accessing the RITM record directly, you should be able to access the attachment from the record itself. If you are unable to, there could be permissions issue to the Attachment table.
If you are looking to access the attachment via Script or another means, there are solutions for that as well.
