I just want to know how can I add new menu item in the right panel of navigation.

Hello @Prataps135 ,

As per my understanding, this is OOB functionality so we can't modify that it will show different options as per the role of the login user.

Please let me know if you find anything.

Hi Pratap,

 

This is not possible.

What are you trying to do ? You may want to add a Unified Navigation Menu instead

OOTB there is no way to add any option in user menu. Any specific use case?

I just want to add my custom portal link there. So, that user can directly click on it and redirect to the portal.
