Hi All,
I have one catalog item, here there is one reference type variable named as "Organization Name". The current dropdown list is the flat organization structure. currently 300+ organizations are shown in the dropdown list, No other identifiers aside from the Organization Name
Current State: flat organization structure
Requirement: Hierarchical organizational structure on service portal
The current dropdown list will be sub dived into three fields based on the organization level i.e Level 1 Organization, Level 2 Organization, Level 3 Organization . Each field will have a dependency on the 1-up level organization and will check if there is assigned CI group to determine if the next level organization should be populated as well.
Can anyone please assist what is the best approach for this?
