I am developing an Inbound Integration for PTASK using Import set and transform scripts. It is working fine for creating PTASK. Also, updating the state to Assess from New works fine. However, when I am trying to change the state of PTASK from Assess to Work in Progress, it doesn't happen. I have a requirement that when the external partner tries to close the PTASK, the state on the target record should remain on Work in Progress and close code should get populated to 'problem_manager_review. Only the problem manager should be able to close the problem task. There are UI actions like Start Work, which changes state from Assess to WIP, UI action 'Problem Manager Reivew'. I am unable to transition these states directly from my transform script. I have written the same logic in my transform map that is there in the UI action. However, it does not work. Is there a way to do it? Is there a programmatic way to trigger the UI actions on the form from my transform script? Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.
