Need help in Report/Dahboard

I have a requirement to show list of all incidents which are new, in progress and on hold on every Monday of 2025, irrespective of whenever the incident is created.

Consider an incident is created in December 2024 and it was resolved on Tuesday of second week 2025, the that incident has to be part of Week 1 and Week 2.

 

I know that it will not be possible using OOB reporting module, so I tried with Performance Analytics and it's not working for me

Can anyone correct me if I did something wrong or it not be feasible with Performance Analytics as well?

You cannot retrieve historical scores for open records and it should be excluded from Historical Collections. You can go through Platform Analytics On-demand course from ServiceNow University and you can refer Historic Collection Limitation section in Chapter 2 to understand this in detail.

 

Indicators & Breakdowns whose value change over time cannot provide historical data as their state reflect the value on the day of historical collection and not historical trend. You must refrain from running historical data collection as it will over-write daily data collection scores.

 

I would recommend to setup daily collection job and track the trend going forward and it is not possible to report historical data for this requirement.
