Need help on building CSAT report for incidents

Hello Experts,

I have to build a new CSAT report for incidents, I am bit confused on the approach.

Please suggest, what tables should I consider as I want all the questions to be visible on the report.

You should look at the asmt_assesment_result as far as I recall.
