Need help with Email Log in Test Instance

Hello
We recently refreshed the test instance, but I've noticed that it's still receiving email notifications from the production instance. Could you please advise on how to stop this? Thank you!

Hi @Erica2
Please check the email accounts, is that pointing to Prod? also you can disable the the email properties.

That was the first thing I verify and those options were disabled:

Sorry , my bad. Even though the emails are disable but it will still show in Email logs, and if you it say sent ready. So nothing to worry. It will not go out until unless properties are enabled.
