Need help with Email Log in Test Instance

Hello
We recently refreshed the test instance, but I've noticed that it's still receiving email notifications from the production instance. Could you please advise on how to stop this? Thank you!

It is possible to stop the emails from the production showing up in the test instance email log.

No, as you clone the test from PROD , so all data will shown here, if not required better delete it so that no one can see user data.
For next time, exclude the the emails tables from clone.

I understand that when we cloned from production, all the production data transferred to the test instance. However, we are not only seeing data from a week ago, but also the email notifications that were created today.

and these incidents created in test or prod today? change the conditions and check for yesterday.
