I have configured it using guided set up and all projects are showing in the planning item table. However, in the workspace I see this view. See the error below, what am I missing?
Greetings @archie5. Can you confirm if this is Project Workspace or if this is the Strategic Planning Workspace? I see the screenshot you provided looks like a Portfolio Plan within SPW. If you are NOT seeing any Projects, Demands, or other target records associated with your Portfolio Plan, it sounds like they are being filtered out based on how your Portfolio Plan lens and filter was setup.
Can you click the "Portfolio Plans actions" button (three vertical dots on right-side of screen) and click on "Edit Portfolio plan"? When the next screen loads, you can verify how your Portfolio plan was setup and see what filters are being applied.

This is Portfolio planning workspace. I have to click into filter every time and select Portfolio in roadmap filters and then Projects appear. Is there a way to default this?
