Need hyperlink on email notification to retire KB article

I have a requirement of email should have hyperlink to retire a KB article and when the recipient clink on that link then KB article should retire.

Why does the email itself need to have a hyperlink to retire an KB article? It can be done, but requires some work to pull it off.

This could be done in a couple of different ways that's easier to implement;

You can have the user respond the sent email with a validation email, that handles the retirement if sent to the instance.

You can have the hyperlink direct the user to a portal interface (Catalog item or something similar) that handles the retirement.

It is not recommended to retire the article via email. Retiring article is an account able to work and needs a approval as  well. So process side, I think it is a good way to go.
