hi @kali ,

Since you saw many courses on the Now Learning portal, here’s a practical way to get started — step by step — so you don’t feel overwhelmed:

✅ 1. Start with the basics (Foundation)
Look for courses like:

  • Mobile App Essentials

  • Getting Started with Mobile App Builder
These give you a clear picture of what Now Mobile and Mobile App Builder are, and help you understand how to configure mobile apps without coding.

✅ 2. Learn how to build and configure
Next, take courses such as:

  • Building ServiceNow Mobile Apps with Mobile App Builder

  • Configuring Mobile Card Layouts and Actions
These explain how to design the layout, add actions, and use mobile cards and lists.

✅ 3. Go deeper with advanced topics
Once you’re comfortable with the basics, look for:

  • ServiceNow Mobile Advanced Features

  • Offline Mobile Functionality

  • Mobile UI Policies and Scripting
These help you handle complex business logic, offline data, and advanced configurations.

✅ 4. Explore related topics (optional but useful)

  • ServiceNow Studio and App Engine: For understanding low-code/no-code development overall.

  • Service Portal: Since sometimes you might need to build complementary features for mobile users.

Hi @kali

Sorry, there is no such course. @Community Alums cut and pasted fake info from ChatGPT. I wish people wouldn't do that.
