Need one user approval from each group

I have business approval group list field on change request , which may have multiple groups . I need to raise an approval for this field and make sure that atleast one user approves from each group . I have used ask for approval action in flow designer attached screenshot for reference. But in current scenario as I have selected anyone approves it is making all other approvals from other groups as  "no longer required" if anyone user approves . Please suggest me on this

Select option to approve at least one user from group.

You can use for each loop from flow logic.
