Need restirct standard change template in Serviceportal

HI Team ,

Standard Change template should not be viewable in the Service Portal

for example , if i search with any standard change template 'Block IOC' it is showing in Service Portal . 

Please provide steps to achieve this , 

Please provide configuration steps and screenshots for better understanding.
