Need seperate instance

Hi,

We currently have three instance Dev, QA, Prod.

 

I want to create a seperate instance for Backup and Customer testing.

So it should be Dev, QA, Preprod, Prod, ProdA instance for Backup. Let me know the knowledge on getting Instance.

Hi,

You need to work with your ServiceNow Account manager to get these. The instances are charged, so make sure you have the right people in the loop, and it will be mapped to your company profile so that you can get the appropriate support as well.

OOTB SN provide 2/ 3 instances only to get extra instance you need to reach out to SN account team only, it will be chargeable and also will be an overhead foryou to maintain and upgrade as well.
