You can't for your PDI, for its .... a free... PDI... BUT if you have a domain and a url you want to assign to it... https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-platform-administration/page/integrate/authentication/task/configure-custom-url.html

Hi Jidesh,
You need to have a purchased or registered URL before adding the custom URL to your instance. And I believe it is not possible for PDI.
More info in the docs Set your custom URL as the instance URL

Hi,
You can enable your ServiceNow instance to be accessible from a company-branded or custom URL.
This is not possible in training instance .because URL will set the service now team when ever you will purchase the new instance for your company .then only possible to change the URL name from "https://dev12334.servicenow.com to "https://myname.servicenow.com.
If you want then You have to raise a HI ticket for this.
Because dev instance is not a permanent instance for some year . this dev12345 instance will be valid up to 10 day if you are not active 10 day it will release . if you will be activate this instance within 10 days then it will be work.
so we can not set the Service Now URL based on the our name /choice it will only for payable instance .
For more Updates please go through once this below links
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-platform-administration/page/integrate/authentication/concept/custom-url.html
Mark the comment as correct if it is helpful for you and closed this thread so other also benefited for same questions .
Thanks
