Need to add note on catalog item form

In the catalog form just near the attachment icon below I need to add note in the bottom of the catalog item form.How can i do it?

You will have to clone the widget 'Sc Catalog Item' and make/add your changes here -

You can use Rich Text Label variable and include HTML content inside it as well.
