Need to change the description after submitting the assessement in advance risk

Hi everyone I'm working in risk workspace, after submitting the smart assessment I'm getting the success message as below, i want to change content of it by adding an image and text, but I'm not able to find that modal popup. below sharing the screenshot of what assessment on submit option, i need to change the highlighted text, please let me know if this updation on the success popup is possible and where I should find it
