Hi Team,
When Major Incident is resolved Post Incident Report is created (PIR), our client wants that to be in different format than it is available.
As per our knowledge it can be achieved by updating UI pages. but is there a small configuration to be made to make this changes in servicenow?
Thanks ,
Pooja
