Need to create a variable with type as URL in requested item.

Hi,

My requirement is, I had created a variable in requested item table called Order guide link (URL). When I submit the request, it should populate like this 👇(please go through the screen short below)

 When I click on the text (URL) Click here it will redirect to another page. Please let me know if you have any idea regarding this. Thank you.
