Need to disable "Publish" option under sharing

Hi All,

I need to disable/hide "Publish" option under sharing of report. It is OOB feature but as per my requirement I want to disable/hide this. Kindly help. PFB the screenshot

I also wanted to hide the publish button and couldn't find a satisfactory answer in this post or others. I noticed a new instance does not show the publish button, and tracked down that you can set glide.report.published_reports.enabled to false to remove the publish button.

If you have a private instance and are enforcing read ACLs on reports, there's no reason to show the publish button.
