Need to Display the SLA fields in the list view of Work order task in FSM.

Hi Team,

In Field Service Management Module, we have configured SLA Definition for the Work order task level ,in the form level we can see all the SLA fields that i have marked, as shown below.

I want all the fields should be displayed in the list view of work order task level.

how to achieve this.

Hi @Abhilasha G T ,

 

The related list Task SLA is visible because there is reference field Task on Task SLA (task_sla) table. As the table extends task table you are able to see related list. There will be no field present named SLA Definition on your form so you can't add it in list view. Please check the scenario I have described to you.
