Need to display variable editor on catalog task associated with sc_request

Hello,

I have a catalog task that is associated with sc_request i.e parent is sc_request. The task is created from workflow configured on sc_request table. There is also a workflow that generated RITM and task for the same request. I need to display the variable editor that is available on the RITM in the catalog task associated with the request. Can you please help if this is configurable?

Hello Harini17,

There will be two ways:

1. Make Variables Global = true

As Global is not available by default on form so you can make it through list view by personalizing as follows

2. Open the Catalog task activity in workflow and select the variables which you want to display on sc_task
