Need to download the files

Can you please suggest how to DOWNLOAD the lab files in service? 

Am in middle of the course.

Hi @jchitrala ,

You can't download from NowLearning. If it is through a course where it is stated that you should download files, there should be a path to the files through the course ServiceNow instance.

Hi jchitrala,

The class resources can be found in your nowlearning instance.

Filter> Self Service> Knowledge

There should be a ServiceNow Adminstration Fundamentals which contains an article.

Within the article is the link to download the course resources.
