Need to enable the Requested Item tab in related list of service forms

I wanted to enable a Requested item tab in related list of Service forms. So that whenever user raised request for that particular service the RITM will get stored in Requested Item tab for future reference. I need steps that how we can achieve this.

Is the service a field on the RITM form? Then you should just be able to create a related list of it.

Service is nothing but Application service, service offering all the tables related to services in CMDB.

Requested Item tab enabled in related list of the form. 
ex: If user raised request for ABC service then the RITM should be visible in that tab.
