Need to make field mandatory before state close/complete

I need to make field mandatory before state close or complete using ui policy i made state is closed by I need before close how can I achive

From the above pic u just need to change the condition of your UI policy to

state is one of & mention all the state except Closed Complete , Closed Incomplete & Cancelled

Then try It should work!

Yes it's working before close means we will select all except close/cancel

Hi @Gillerla Rajesh ,

I'm unsure of your question as in general you can just make a UI Policy for if state is one of new, in progress or on hold (which is before close or complete), then make the UI Policy Action.
