Need to migrate around 2 lakh incident records from one instance to another including everything like - attachments, worknotes, audit history, incident task, basically all the data related to it.
What possible options are there?
Note - Instance data replication is not an option as customer is doesnt want to purchase it.

Have you asked ServiceNow (support case) if they can be of any assistance or have any ideas how best to do this ?
Because in SN itself there's only so many possibilities and with this amount of data it could become a challenge.
Maybe SN can do something on DB level.

Hi @Simon Christens Yes we did. They asked us to use Instance data replication. But since it comes with a cost, I was looking for alternatives if any.
