Need to put a parm_query parm_first_row sysparm_view in an iframe on a dashboard.

I want to take this and put it in an iframe on a dashboard and have it open up within the iframe instead of in a new window. How do I figure out the sys_id and format this properly?

Guidance on formatting the link for the iframe would be appreciated as well.
