Need to trgger notification

Hi ,
I need to send a notification to the "assigned to" person when any changes are done in Sc_task. I have tried using Email notification when it is updated and gave the condition as when the "additional comment changes.it needs to trigger to the assigned to.
But this doesn't work. Do anyone have idea on this?

Additional comments are taken from sys_journal_field. So, should I run the notification and business rulr from task level only right?

This should trigger when the additional comment is changed in SC task, it should trigger to the assigned to person.
