Need to turn off the cause ui action in SOW service operation workspace of INC

Hi All,

 

I want to delete this ui action "cause" but not getting where its placed. Can anyone please help me to make it.
And also want some inc field to be removed, how to achieve it in SOW

Remove Fields from SOW View in Incident Record

1. Open the Incident Record

—-Navigate to any Incident record. Change the View to Service Operations Workspace 

From the form header hamburger , select View > Service operations workspace 

3. Modify the Form Layout:

Right-click the form header and select Configure > Form Layout.

ReMove unwanted fields (e.g. description ) to the Available list (left slush bucket). Save the changes.

 

Deactivate a UI Action

1. Navigate to UI Actions:

Go to System UI > UI Actions.

2. Find the UI Action:

Search for the specific UI Action by name (example "Add cause").

3. Deactivate It:

Open the UI Action record and uncheck the Active checkbox. Save the changes.
