New button is missing for when problem is opened on clicking the i button from the problem task

Hi All,

 

Recently we came across an issue where from the "problem" table when one Problem record is opened , we are able to see the "New" UI action in the related lists to create the problem task.

Once the problem task is created on opening the problem via i button then we are not able to see the "new" button to create one more Problem task. Is there a fix to this issue?

Hi @phr 

 

It looks like some configuration issue. Could you try to repair the problem management plugin once and it so with all user?

both related lists are same?

Seems there is a view difference and hence related lists are different?

Did you check with admin user?
